Meredith Boe is a writer and editor based in Chicago. She writes creative prose and poetry, in addition to grants proposals for local nonprofits, articles, blog posts, and website copy for companies worldwide.
Meredith’s short prose collection What City was a winner of Paper Nautilus’s 2018 Debut Series Chapbook Contest. Her short stories, essays, and poems have appeared in the Chicago Reader, After Hours, Burningword, Mud Season Review, Midwestern Gothic, and From the Depths. Her critique has appeared in World Literature Today magazine, and she is a current contributor to the Chicago Review of Books. She sometimes writes poems on a typewriter at events around Chicago with the poetry-on-demand group, Poems While You Wait.
